5. Right to Restrict Processing. Data subjects can request that the processing of their data be restricted in specific circumstances, which will be analyzed by the Data Protection Officer (DPO) for further action.
6. Right to Withdraw Consent. If processing is based on consent, data subject can request to withdraw their consent at any time, which will be assessed by the DPO for the further continuation of the service. 

Exercising the Right to Access

Exercising the right to access refers to an organized approach for handling requests made by data subjects to access their data.

1. adam.ai must provide information request forms through electronic formats, for data subjects to request access or view their information (PII).
2. Before providing access to data subjects to verify their information (PII), adam.ai must confirm the data subject’s identity by the procedures endorsed by the National Cybersecurity Authority.
3. For processing data subjects' requests, adam.ai must establish and implement the cost method associated with processing data subjects' requests.
4. adam.ai must keep track of all data subjects' requests for information and their responses.
5. adam.ai must document all data subject's requests and responses.
6. adam.ai is responsible for immediately informing the data subject about the decision made regarding their request.
